Born in Perth to a musical family, Paul Carasco began his piano studies with Dr. Anthony Doheny and later with Joyce Bennett OAM. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium under Oleg Stepanov and Natasha Vlassenko.

Paul is a co-founder of Australian record label, Master Performers which launched at Steinway Hall in New York in 2008. He has since recorded internationally renowned artists such as Gerard Schwarz, Anton Kuerti, Nikolai Demidenko, Sergio Tiempo, Eivind Aadland, Vassilis Christopoulos, Natasha Vlassenko, Oleg Stepanov, Phillip Kawin, Edvard Tchivzhel, Pavel Sorokin, Charmian Gadd, Phillip Shovk and Alexander Malofeev.

Since 2013, Paul has turned his attention to film, noting its profound significance in the future of classical music. Robert Cummings of Classical USA said "Camera work, picture clarity and sound reproduction are first rate". Pizzicato Magazine in Belgium described his work as, "Immaculate! Image and sound quality is pristine".

In addition to being Artistic Director of Master Performers, Paul is a producer for Classical Film & Sound.
